Refund and cancellation policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy

· 50% advance at the time of booking (25% of total cost will be non-refundable) , remaining 50% of the amount to be paid 60 days before arrival.

· 25% cancellation charges 60 days before start of tour (as per flight departure/ Hotel Check-in whichever is earlier)
· 50% cancellation charges 60 - 30 days before start of tour (as per flight departure/ Hotel Check-in whichever is earlier))
· 75% cancellation charges 30 - 16 days before start of tour (as per flight departure/ Hotel Check-in whichever is earlier))
· 100% cancellation charges 16 - 0 days before start of tour (as per flight departure/ Hotel Check-in whichever is earlier))
· However, by paying Rs. 5,000 extra per pax For Domestic Tours & Rs. 10,000 for International Tours at the time of booking, the client can secure cancellation fee (total amount paid – 25% of package cost) till 48 hrs before start of tour (as per flight departure/ Hotel Check-in whichever is earlier)
For Air Tickets
As per Airline cancellation policy
· For cancellations, email to be sent by guest to info@myecotour.com date and time of the email shall be considered for determining cancellation charges as above.
· Refund will be processed by Whispering Earth LLP within 7 working days and will be refunded through original mode of Payment.
· For delayed payments, as per payment terms mentioned above, late fee @ of Rs. 500 per pax per day shall be payable.
· In case of partial payment/no show, no refunds shall be provided.
