Day 1: Arrival in Siliguri & Transfer to Phuentsholing | Welcome to the Land of the Thunder Dragon

Upon arrival at Siliguri Airport or Railway Station, you will be greeted by our local representative who will assist you with your transfer to Phuentsholing. Upon reaching, complete the immigration process and proceed to your pre-booked hotel. Check in, relax, and spend the rest of the day at your leisure, exploring the enchanting local markets of Phuentsholing. Enjoy a sumptuous dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel in Phuentsholing.

Day 2: Transfer from Phuentsholing to Thimphu | The Capital City of Bhutan

Begin your day with a delightful breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, your driver will assist with your transfer to Thimphu. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and take some time to unwind. The rest of the day is yours to explore the vibrant local markets of Thimphu at your own pace. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel in Thimphu.

Day 3: Thimphu Local Sightseeing | Embrace Cultural Diversity

After a hearty breakfast, embark on a guided tour of Thimphu’s cultural landmarks. Visit the National Memorial Chorten, built in honor of the late King Jigme Dorji Wangchuck, and marvel at the largest Buddha Statue overlooking the beautiful Thimphu Valley. Explore the Motithang Takin Preserve, home to Bhutan's national animal, the Takin. Highlights of the day also include Tashichho Dzong, the seat of the national government, and Simtokha Dzong, the oldest fortress in Bhutan. Conclude your day with a visit to the Handicrafts Emporium and local markets for souvenir shopping. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel in Thimphu.

Day 4: Transfer to Punakha | Confluence of Two Beautiful Rivers

Enjoy breakfast before departing for Punakha. En route, if weather permits, stop at Dochula Pass to view the majestic Himalayas. Visit Chimi Lhakhang, also known as the Temple of Fertility, and marvel at Punakha Dzong, situated at the confluence of the Pho Chu and Mo Chu rivers. This dzong served as the seat of the government until the time of the second king. Dinner and overnight stay in Punakha.

Day 5: Transfer to Gangtey | Discover Bhutan's Natural Wonders

After breakfast, transfer to Gangtey with a stop at Wangdiphodrang Dzong. Upon arrival in Gangtey, check in to your hotel and rest. Later, visit the Gangtey Gompa Monastery and explore the picturesque Phobjikha Valley, renowned for the Black-necked Cranes during winter. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel in Gangtey

Day 6: Transfer to Paro | Paro Sightseeing

Begin your day with a delicious breakfast before transferring to Paro. Visit the ruins of Drukgyel Dzong, a fortress and Buddhist monastery with a rich history, offering a clear view of Mt. Jhomolhari on a clear day. On the way back, stop at Kichu Lhakhang, built in 659 A.D. by the Tibetan king Songtsen Gampo. Dinner and overnight stay in Paro.

Day 7: Excursion to Taktsang Monastery | A Hike to the Iconic Tiger’s Nest

After breakfast, embark on a scenic hike through a pine forest adorned with prayer flags to reach Taktsang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest). This monastery, clinging to a cliff edge, was built around Guru Rinpoche's meditation cave. Visit Ta Dzong, now the National Museum, and explore Paro Rinpung Dzong. Take a short walk to the base of the dzong and across a traditional cantilevered, covered bridge. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Paro.

Day 8: Departure from Paro | Farewell to the Land of the Thunder Dragon

Savor a delicious breakfast before checking out from your hotel. Your driver will assist with your transfer back to Siliguri Airport or Railway Station via Phuentsholing, leaving you with cherished memories of your journey through the Land of the Thunder Dragon.

  • Deposit:  50 %  at the time of  booking
  • Balance:  50 % due 60 days before tour

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 60+ days: 25% of the total package cost  (non - refundable)
  • 31-59 days: 50% of the total package cost (cancellation fee)
  • <30 days: No refund
  • Optional Cancellation Protection: Rs 10,000 per person for no questions asked 75% refund up ( cancellation before 48 hours )
  • Note :Travelers must share email and state the reason for cancellation at least 48 hours in advance.
